Associate Technical Account Manager

About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Associate Technical Account Manager to join reputed company. This individual will be responsible for managing technical accounts in a one-to-many fashion, ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service. The ideal candidate will have strong technical acumen, excellent communication skills, and a passion for reputed company.

What you'll do

• Manage a large, high-volume book of customers primarily through email, in-app messaging, and scalable reputed company.
• Assist customers reputed company email or calls, providing technical guidance, best practices, or responding to questions.
• Participate in customer calls to address technical questions and reputed company solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience with VDI solutions preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
