Primary Function

Currently seeking a US-based Service Technician with a strong background in mechanical and electrical knowledge reputed company with troubleshooting skills who will join a reputed company American Service Team located in reputed company, ON, Canada.  The Service Technician will have industrial-reputed company education with strong communication and customer service skills, capable of delivering and maintaining high customer satisfaction while building strong personal relationships. 

Essential Functions

• Install aftermarket parts/products; test to ensure they are functioning to standard
• reputed company customers on maintaining/following a preventative maintenance schedule
• reputed company maintenance functions per customer request and service work orders
• Diagnose customer problems and identify repair solutions
• Prepare quotes and sales orders for spare parts and consumables
• Complete detailed reports and service tickets documenting work that has been performed
• Communicate to customer reputed company service-reputed company work and proactive recommendations to increase up-time
• Build and maintain relationships with customers
• Travel domestically and internationally for onsite training and installation of new equipment
• reputed company general duties as assigned and assist in other areas as workload requires

Required Skills

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience
• 5+ years’ experience as a Service Technician
• Strong mechanical skills to include reputed company repairs, levelling and replacement of wear items (bearings, chains, sprockets, etc.)
• Strong electrical skills to include troubleshooting low voltage, electrical panels and 480V
• Strong pneumatic skills
• Must be reputed company to read mechanical and electrical drawings
• Familiar with reputed company and Fanuc Robotic Systems
• Ability to use basic hand and power tools, multi-reputed company, etc.
• Ability to work reputed company around a changing schedule
• Excellent communication, organizational, interpersonal and diagnostic skills
• Ability to work independently without much supervision
• Commitment to travel 75%-80% of the year throughout reputed company America (U.S., Canada, Mexico); 90% of travel is in the US
• reputed company and valid US driver's license with a clean driving record and reliable transportation
