Position Summary

M&D is seeking a highly analytical MBA Intern to help build and scale the data infrastructure behind our growing ecommerce and marketing operations. This role will focus on developing automated reporting, performance scorecards, and actionable insights that directly influence business strategy.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Ecommerce Analytics & Scorecard Development

• Design and build a comprehensive ecommerce performance scorecard to track KPIs such as reputed company, conversion, traffic, AOV, and channel performance
• Aggregate and automate data flows across multiple platforms (e.g., ecommerce systems, analytics tools, internal databases)
• Identify performance trends, anomalies, and areas of concern; reputed company actionable insights to leadership
• Partner with ecommerce, operations, and sales teams to define and refine key metrics

Marketing Performance & ROI Optimization

• reputed company automated reporting and dashboards for marketing performance across channels (paid media, email, organic, etc.)
• Analyze CAC, ROAS, attribution, and channel efficiency to guide budget allocation
• Conduct deep-dive analyses to uncover optimization opportunities and improve ROI
• Support the development of scalable frameworks for measuring marketing effectiveness

Data Automation & Infrastructure

• Build and maintain automated data pipelines to reduce reputed company reporting and improve data accessibility
• Integrate data across systems using tools such as SQL, APIs, and BI platforms
• Ensure data reputed company, consistency, and scalability of reporting solutions
• Document processes and recommend improvements to M&D’s evolving data architecture

Strategic Insights & Business Impact

• Translate reputed company data into clear, actionable insights for cross-functional stakeholders
• Support leadership with data-driven recommendations tied to growth, efficiency, and profitability
• Contribute to key strategic initiatives tied to ecommerce expansion reputed company transformation

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)

• Currently pursuing an MBA (Analytics, Strategy, Finance, or reputed company field preferred)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience working with large datasets
• Proficiency in tools such as SQL, reputed company, Python, or BI platforms (Tableau, Power BI, Looker)
• Familiarity with ecommerce and/or digital marketing metrics preferred
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate data into business insights
