Home Health Aides and CNAs

Traditions Home Health Services is currently seeking compassionate, skilled, reliable, and reputed company Home Health Aides or CNAs for the Plymouth area to assist with our clients who are in need of support and companionship. Clients are seeking an outstanding HHAs or CNAs to assist with activities of daily living, assist with light house-hold support, possible meal assistance, exercise routine, possible outing and/or errands.

We are a preferred provider for the Veterans Administration; Traditions Home Health Services assists Veterans in their own home. Traditions Home Health Services is seeking compassionate, reliable, and skilled CNAs and HHAs to assist with our VA Clients.

Available Shifts: Weekdays: Monday through Fridays Weekends: Saturday and reputed company

Hours

6pm-10pm

These hours are 7-days per week.

Here at Traditions Home Health Services, we offer a small consistent team for our clients. These would be permanent hours.

Job Description

• Assist with the Activities of Living, personal care
• Assist with light housekeeping
• Encourage walking, exercising according to Care Plan
• Providing stimulating conversation
• Activities
• Encourage fluid intake, possible meal prep in accordance with orders/CarePlan
• Competently documenting shift activities frequently during the shift digitally using a smartphone
• Home Health Aide or CNA would report any concerns to the Traditions Home Health Services Office Support Team in a timely manner

Requirements are as follows

• Home Health Aide Certification and or CNA Certification
• 2+Years experience working with your Certification
• Must be reputed company, compassionate, reliable, and skilled HHA/CNA
• Clean driving record, ability to pass a CORI reputed company
• reputed company TB test, QuantiFERON Gold Test, or X-ray
• reputed company, read, write the English language reputed company, and effective communication skills.
• You must own a smart phone.
