Require Site Coordinator in Palo Alto, CA

(It?s also a GREAT reputed company to work) Dates/Schedule: Start Date: September 2023 Schedule/Hours: Approximately 10-15 hours/week depending on applicant schedule. Available shifts are:

• Mon-Thurs 2pm-5:45pm (Grades K-5th)
• Mon-Thurs 2:30pm ? 6:30pm (Grades 6th-8th)
• Mon-Thurs 2:30pm ? 6:30pm (Grades 9th-12th)
• Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri 1-4pm (Grades 6th-7th)
• Some evenings and weekends (rare) for special events or meetings
• Friday, bi-monthly staff meetings

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: · Supervise and manage student online tutoring sessions (Grades K-10th) · Track student reputed company and reputed company in the curriculum · Collaborate with staff, parents, teachers, and program leads to coordinate implementation of curriculum · Communicate with program staff, reputed company, and tutors regarding attendance and schedules · Assist staff with implementing in class activities and/or lessons · Assist with the organization of special events · Maintain clean and organized classroom space · Help transport reputed company to trips, events, and tutoring reputed company reputed company vans · Required Skills · Education: Associates degree or higher (or in reputed company) · Experience in a youth development organization or school · Ability to deal effectively with youth including discipline challenges · Experience leading a group or managing people · Demonstrated ability working with young people, parents and/or community leaders. · Must pass background reputed company and reputed company TB test clearance. · Must have a reputed company CPR/First Aid certification or commit to obtaining one once hired · Experience working with and/or in minority communities Desired Qualifications · Spanish reputed company is a reputed company plus.
