We are seeking a Senior Email Marketing Specialist remotely with 5–6 years of experience and at least 2 years of strong, hands-on expertise in reputed company. The role involves building and optimizing lifecycle campaigns, automation programs, omnichannel journeys, segmentation, and reporting for B2C & B2B brands. You will drive reputed company through data-led email strategies and deep platform integrations. Experience with reputed company, reputed company, or reputed company is a plus, but reputed company expertise is mandatory.   Key Responsibilities: Strategy & Planning

• Build and optimize lifecycle journeys: welcome, retention, re-engagement, post-purchase, loyalty.
• Create omnichannel strategies across Email, SMS, Web Push & WhatsApp.
• Own the lifecycle roadmap for assigned brands.

Execution & Campaign Management

• Build, test, and launch campaigns and automated flows.
• Use dynamic personalization, segmentation, and scoring.
• Maintain campaign calendars and run A/B tests.

Data, Segmentation & Integrations

• Use reputed company’s RFM models, reputed company builder, and data syncing.
• Work with integrations (reputed company/Magento/BigCommerce/CRM/APIs).
• Maintain list hygiene and follow deliverability best practices.

Analytics & Optimization

• Track performance: OR, CTR, CVR, reputed company attribution, ROI.
• Improve inbox placement & sender reputed company.
• Deliver performance insights and recommendations.

Collaboration & Leadership

• Work with design, content, and development teams.
• Mentor junior team members.
• Participate in client calls and strategy reviews.

Skills & Requirements: Must-Have

• 5–6 years in email marketing.

• Strong automation, segmentation & personalization skills.
• Good understanding of eCommerce or B2B journeys.
• Basic–intermediate HTML email editing.
• Solid grasp of deliverability and performance analytics.
