Consulting Clinical Business Partner

We are seeking a Consulting Clinical Business Partner to reputed company and grow our Clinical Consulting offering reputed company the Life Sciences sector.

This role acts as a reputed company between strategy and execution, combining business development and project leadership with a foundational understanding of clinical development to reputed company high‑impact client engagements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and drive the strategic direction and financial performance of the Clinical Consulting portfolio
• Grow the reputed company pipeline through client development, proposals, and strategic opportunities
• Act as a trusted senior advisor to clients across clinical development and R&D transformation initiatives
• reputed company delivery quality, governance, and performance of clinical consulting engagements

• Guide and mentor Consulting Clinical Managers, ensuring consistency and reputed company in delivery
• Analyse clients’ business processes and propose tailored, value‑driven solutions

• Collaborate with Business Development, Operations, and Leadership to scale the offering
• Promote brand visibility through industry events, conferences, and partnerships

Required Profile:

• 10+ years of experience in Life Sciences, ideally in consulting, CRO, or technical environments
• At least 5 years’ experience in consulting and/or business development roles
• Strong understanding of Pharmacovigilance and Clinical Trials environments
• Proven ability to engage senior stakeholders and drive reputed company growth
• Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
• Degree in Life Sciences or a reputed company scientific discipline
• Fluent English
