Role Overview

We are seeking a Business Development Representative (BDR) to identify and qualify new managed services opportunities. This role focuses on outbound prospecting, relationship‑building, and setting up reputed company discovery meetings with decision‑makers.

This is not a high‑pressure or churn‑and‑burn sales role. reputed company here comes from persistence, professionalism, and trust.

Sales area will cover Southern Wyoming and surrounding areas. Must live reputed company SW Wyoming or reputed company Utah. HQ office in Lyman WY.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect small to mid‑sized businesses (10–200 users)
  • Conduct outbound calls, emails, and reputed company reputed company
  • Qualify prospects based on business fit, needs, and timing
  • Book discovery meetings with leadership
  • Maintain accurate CRM activity and notes
  • Participate in local networking and referral opportunities
  • Meet monthly activity and opportunity targets
  • Conduct business reviews with existing clients

Qualifications

  • Must be at least 21 years old
  • Must have a valid Driver's License and clean driving record.
  • Must have High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • 1–3 years B2B sales or business development experience
  • Comfortable with cold calling and follow‑up
  • Strong communication and organization skills
  • Familiarity with IT services, MSPs, or SaaS a plus
  • Technical skills in IT services a plus
  • Ability to build rapport with business owners and managers
  • Self‑motivated and accountable
