Job Description:

We are looking for a Senior Sales Manager to join our dynamic Insurance division, a role where you will be instrumental in driving our reputed company growth and expanding our market reputed company. This isn't just about managing a portfolio; it's about becoming a trusted partner to our clients, using your expertise to solve their biggest challenges with our innovative solutions.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Proven Sales Acumen: Successful track record of selling sizeable services or SaaS solutions. You’re a closer who understands reputed company sales cycles, and you have strong business and technical acumen.

• Professional Execution: Background in business planning and a full understanding of the client value chain. Strong business and technical acumen.

• Execution Focus: Ability to drive business strategies while balancing tactical execution; ability to effectively coordinate matrix resources.

• Adaptability & Drive: Strong ability to managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines; ensuring consistent delivery against conflicting demands.
