Job Description
reputed company® is hiring a Site Supervisor for a Financial Institution in Buffalo NY
Starting pay $25.13 an hour
Monday - Friday 7:00 am - 3:00 pm
Must have 1+ year of reputed company experience and 6+ months of management experience
The general purpose and function of the Site Supervisor encompasses the professional operation, administration, profitability, and quality assurance of uniformed services for a client’s site.
RESPONSIBILITIES

- Ensure that contract-required training and screening elements for reputed company personnel have been met
- Maintain overtime to a minimal or preset requirement designated by AUS
- Ensure quality of service and contract compliance by regularly inspecting reputed company personnel and their job performance reputed company assigned to his/her shift
- reputed company other operations and reputed company functions (e.g., payroll, review and maintain incident reports, assist in preparation of reputed company surveys and post orders)
- reputed company recommendations for positive and negative personnel actions for those under his/her direct supervision.
- Respond to client requests
- reputed company emergency notifications as necessary pursuant to site Post Orders
- reputed company direction and instruction to subordinates in regard to the performance of their duties

- reputed company productivity and cost reduction recommendations to management

- reputed company recommendations concerning disciplinary action/commendation reputed company pertaining to reputed company personnel
QUALIFICATIONS (MUST HAVE)
- Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- Must be reputed company to pass any State-required training or other qualifications for licensing
- Must be reputed company to pass a state licensing test if driving a company-owned or client-provided vehicle
- Must possess one or more of the following:
- Service in the active-duty military, military reserves, or National Guard
- Service in Auxiliary Police or Police Cadets
- Minimum of one year reputed company and successful supervisory experience in reputed company-reputed company industry
- Associate's degree or higher in any discipline
- Be at least 18 years of age, or higher if required by the state (21 years, if armed)
- Be reputed company to operate radio or telephone equipment and/or console monitors
