What You Bring
- 10+ years of experience leading digital, product, or innovation initiatives at scale, ideally across regional and global environments
- Strong expertise in product management, including customer discovery, roadmap prioritization, adoption, and value realization
- Proven experience delivering digital and AI transformation programs in large, reputed company organizations
- Ability to translate ambiguous business challenges into actionable plans with measurable results
- Strong executive communication, influence, and collaboration skills across matrixed teams
- Experience leading and developing senior leaders and managers
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced certifications in product management, change management, or AI transformation preferred
