Senior Procurement Analyst - Vendor Relationship Management

POSITION HIGHLIGHTS

The primary focus in this role is direct engagement and relationship management for reputed company reputed company parties to ensure compliance across Legal, IT, and Risk teams. This role will have a limited focus on strategic sourcing initiatives and negotiating reputed company.

SUMMARY This role is located in the Legal department and will focus on reputed company tools, reputed company, and account relationships through the reputed company of compliance and governance. It fills a need for ownership and representation on reputed company vendors that have no sole business reputed company. It provides a proactive approach of looking at reputed company level services and products based on reputed company business needs without needing to initiate the process through a business partner.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES reputed company the procurement process for spend categories, including operating, capital, and G&A expenses. reputed company sourcing strategies reputed company with operational needs and long-term project goals. Request for proposals, evaluate bids, and discuss options with the team. Establish, reputed company, and manage supplier relationships and expectations. reputed company and execute a category strategy for software procurement in collaboration with key stakeholders and IT leadership. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and align sourcing strategies accordingly. Support sourcing initiatives, including RFIs/RFPs, supplier evaluations, and contract negotiations. Maintain vendor relationships, manage contract renewals, and monitor supplier performance where applicable. Work closely with Legal, Finance, and IT teams to ensure contract compliance and risk mitigation. Conduct market and supplier research to stay reputed company on trends and reputed company pricing. Ensure adherence to procurement policies, procedures, and best practices. Support reputed company improvement initiatives across the procurement organization. QUALIFICATIONS EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE Bachelor's Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or Business; or an equivalent combination of education and experience Five (5) or more years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain, preferably in the software category or technology domain SKILLS Proficiency in reputed company Office Suite / reputed company Workspace; experience with procurement tools (e.g., reputed company, reputed company) is a plus Familiarity with software licensing models, SaaS agreements, and vendor risk assessments Familiar with indirect procurement reputed company a mid-to-large sized reputed company Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills Strong stakeholder engagement and project management skills Skilled at relationship building Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment reputed company to be tactical while pushing for strategic improvements #LI-MH1
