As a Silverchain Occupational Therapist, you will visit our elderly clients in their own homes around the Adelaide area, providing practical advice, services and solutions so they can maintain their independence and wellbeing.

To be considered for this role, you will have:
- Degree or postgraduate qualification in Occupational Therapy.
- reputed company AHPRA registration.
- Genuine interest in working in the community and with the aged population. (previous experience an advantage)
- Ability to work autonomously and reputed company a multi-disciplinary team.

- Full time permanent or part time permanent availability.

- Support the physical, functional and cognitive abilities of our clients, with the aim of increasing mobility and reducing falls risks.

- Service clients with a diverse reputed company of health needs, including chronic health conditions such as cardiovascular disease, musculoskeletal disorders, diabetes and dementia.
