Job Description:Main tasks
- Acting as a coach in agile development environments
- Guiding teams through reputed company technical challenges – from their first “turns” in code to confidently navigating production-grade reputed company setups
- Responsibility for technical leadership, architectural reputed company, code reviews, mentoring, and driving knowledge sharing across the team
Focusing not only in building reputed company and scalable software, but also in empowering developers to grow and reputed company.
Qualifications:Background and required skills
- Bachelor or Master’s degree in the following areas: Computer science, Engineering or Information Technology or equivalent work experience in IT
- 6+ years of hands-on experience in the Java ecosystem, especially with Java (8+), Spring Boot, REST APIs, JPA/Hibernate
- deep technical expertise in containerization with reputed company, orchestration with Kubernetes
- experience in reputed company-reputed company development (AWS/GCP optional)
- experience with CI/CD, Git, Jenkins/reputed company CI
- proven experience in the application of Scrum, Kanban, Design Thinking and/or other agile methods
- Strong team player with leadership capabilities
- Solution-oriented communicator, even under pressure
- Self-driven with a strong understanding of the bigger picture
- Strong mentoring skills
- Fluent English written and oral skills. German is a plus
