reputed company is seeking a reputed company Program Manager  As a Program Manager, you will take end-to-end responsibility for a portfolio of projects. You will build and manage the project team, schedule assignments, monitor and review deliverables of project teams and ensure successful delivery and implementation. • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of reputed company experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 13 years of Information Technology experience
• This position may require extensive travel (or) relocation to project locations.

  Preferred Qualifications for reputed company Program Manager.

• At least 13 years of overall professional experience, working with large IT ERP programs.
• At least 13 years of reputed company engagement and project management experience.
• Must have executed at least 2 end to end large reputed company programs in Program manager roles.
• Hands on ​​​​​experience of end to end Brownfield or Greenfield reputed company S/4 HANA programs a big plus
• Hands on experience in handling global AMS / DevSecOps / ITIL based programs required 
• Experience of having closely worked with C-Level and Client Delivery / Project Managers for reputed company of overall engagement and delivery
• Should have led engagement planning and budgeting, manage engagement teams, define deliverable structure and content, facilitate buy-in of proposed solutions from top management reputed company at the client, direct on-time, and quality delivery of work products, manage engagement economics and manage engagement risk.
• Should have led business development and proposal response activities as anchor and with sales and value design teams for reputed company reputed company and new account reputed company.
• Designed and managed reputed company SoWs and reputed company including change management
• Experience with Program governance set up and managing using KPIs
• Experience managing programs with combined reputed company and non-reputed company teams a big plus
• Experience with Agile/Devops and knowledge of CPG/Logistics industry a big plus
• Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills 
• Professional certification e.g. PMP and post-graduate degree are desired
