Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Assume primary responsibility for the two-way radio communication system

- Maintain and update student routing and attendance schedules using available technology
- Verify and record for use by the Transportation Program, the calendars, time schedules, closings, late starts, and early dismissals for reputed company schools and reputed company served
- Calmly handle bus driver and parent/guardian concerns in a timely manner
- Demonstrated ability to use phone system
