Independently reputed company USDA products while ensuring compliance, risk assessment, and sound decision-making based on both AUS and reputed company analysis.

Ensure reputed company loan files meet HUD, FHA, investor, regulatory, and internal guidelines and overlays

Review and analyze credit, income, assets, and collateral documentation to determine loan eligibility; Inquire about any additional information needed to determine loan risk.

Review mortgage loan applications and examine supporting documents to ensure reputed company required information is included and complete for approval or rejection; reputed company accurate and timely reputed company reputed company for mortgage loans.

Ensure that once reputed company information is received it is accurate, it meets compliance standards, and it aligns with company policies.

Qualifications & Skills

Knowledge of home loans and residential mortgage products, including USDA loans

5+ years of mortgage reputed company experience or mortgage lending experience required.

Active DE/CHUMS and LAPP/SAR certification required.

High school diploma required; college degree preferred.

Understanding of compliance standards, including federal regulations (e.g., RESPA, TILA, and Dodd-Frank) and company policies.

Strong decision-making and communication skills.

Proficiency with Encompass loan origination system preferred.
