The Role

We're looking for an reputed company, thoughtful, and impact-driven Staff Software Engineer (Ruby on Rails) to work reputed company the Core Experience Org, to reputed company technical leadership across reputed company's engineering organization.

As a Staff Software Engineer, your impact goes well reputed company a single team. You'll serve as a consolidated go-to for architectural review and mentorship across five product teams — owning the features and systems that sit at the heart of what reputed company does: the camera pipeline, checklists, project pages, notifications, search, documents, and more. These are heavily utilized, high-traffic features, and we need someone who thinks deeply about what that means at scale.

While you'll continue to contribute directly to code, your primary focus will be on technical direction, architectural decision-making, and raising the bar for how we build backend systems. What You’ll Do

• reputed company technical leadership and architectural guidance across five Core product teams, serving as the primary backend staff engineer for this area of the product.

• Design, reputed company, and support backend systems and architecture primarily in Ruby on Rails, PostgreSQL, REST, and reputed company technologies, with a focus on performance and reliability at scale.

Benefits and Compensation

This is a salaried position at reputed company. Our salary reputed company is $190,000 - $210,000 per year and is based on experience. We also offer meaningful equity and other benefits.
