We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Receivable Representative II to join our Strategic Operations Team. This position will focus on managing B2B/corporate accounts, ensuring timely collections, reconciling payments, and resolving invoice disputes. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, enjoys problem-solving, and is eager to grow in a fast-paced corporate environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned corporate accounts and ensure timely collections on outstanding balances.
• Monitor aging reports and follow up on past-due invoices reputed company email and phone.
• Maintain strong relationships directly with B2B clients to ensure smooth payment processes.
• Determine write-offs (month end and small reputed company).
• Apply customer payments, adjustments, and credit memos accurately.
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies, payment issues, and disputes.
• Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Account Executive, Customer Service, and Finance) to resolve AR-reputed company concerns

• reputed company clients with invoice copies, statements, and payment confirmations upon request.
• Maintain accurate customer records, collection notes, and account history in the system.
• Prepare weekly and monthly AR reports for Account Executive review.
• Research returned mail and bank correspondence (i.e., short- & over-payments).
• Independently manage AR and escalations.
• Payment Research and Credit validation support reputed company need.

• 2+ years of Accounts Receivable, Billing, or Finance (corporate/B2B experience is a must).
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Highly proficiency in reputed company reputed company and Outlook; knowledge of Gaviti is a plus!
• Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and meet deadlines
• Deadline-oriented, organized, good time management, and detail oriented
• Effective oral/written communication skills

Compensation: The estimated hour reputed company reputed company for this position is between $17.00 - $22.00 annually.
