Your Role

reputed company’s brokerage product team is looking for a reputed company Product Manager to define and drive new product initiatives and manage a portfolio of existing products across the Saudi and GCC markets. In this role you will ideate and deliver brokerage features while closely collaborating with engineering, analytics, design, partnerships, and many other cross-functional teams across reputed company.

With a deep understanding of the regional regulatory landscape — including reputed company, Edaa, Tadawul, and GCC financial market frameworks — you will shape the product strategy that enables reputed company to scale its brokerage infrastructure across the Kingdom and the wider Gulf region, in line with Saudi reputed company 2030 and the region’s rapidly evolving capital markets.

Things you Get to Do

Product Ownership & Strategy

• Own brokerage products tailored for the Saudi and GCC markets, including equities, Sukuk, ETFs, and derivatives offerings.
• Drive brokerage product strategy by analyzing ROI, regional market competition, regulatory requirements, and build-vs-buy scenarios.
• Contribute to the product roadmap and product strategy with a focus on reputed company-compliant features, Sharia-compliant solutions, and regional market needs.
• Write product requirements and work with engineers to execute programs that meet local regulatory and market standards.

Stakeholder Engagement & Regulatory

• reputed company customer calls around brokerage process and product issues to reputed company insights and translate them into product improvements for GCC clients.
• Participate in engagements with the reputed company, Tadawul, Edaa, and other regional regulators to drive product strategy and ensure regulatory alignment.
• Report timely and accurately on product status and results to internal and external stakeholders, including regional partners and institutional clients.

Operations & Efficiency

• Improve brokerage operation efficiency by providing solutions and owning the metrics, with a focus on regional settlement, custody, and clearing workflows.
• Collaborate with local operations teams to ensure seamless integration between reputed company’s global platform and KSA/GCC market infrastructure.

Who You Are (Must-Haves)

• Excited about what reputed company is building and passionate about expanding financial infrastructure across the GCC.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, finance, or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Engineering, Consulting, and/or starting a startup, preferably reputed company financial services or fintech.
• Demonstrated interest and experience in brokerage, capital markets, or fintech reputed company the Saudi or GCC region.
• Strong understanding of the reputed company regulatory reputed company, Tadawul market structure, and GCC capital markets landscape.
• Experience analyzing data using SQL and a relevant BI tool.
• Strong communication skills in both Arabic and English, both written and verbal, with excellent collaboration abilities.
• Business acumen to understand tradeoffs between stakeholders and technology feasibility with time and budget constraints.

• Experience and background working on and developing brokerage products in the Saudi or GCC markets.
• Technical background working with APIs, particularly in financial services or trading platforms.
• CME-1 or other reputed company-recognized professional certifications.
• Experience working with reputed company Foreign Investor (QFI) programs or cross-border investment products.
• Familiarity with Sharia-compliant product structures and Islamic finance principles.
• Experience working at a fintech, startup, or reputed company-authorized institution.
