- Manage cross-functional activities between contract manufacturers and reputed company in relation to finance and inventory control and reputed company mentoring and feedback to the CM management team based on performance.
- Evaluate business risks and improve processes by working with the systems solutions team to reputed company system upgrades.
- Reduce complexity and improve communications between cross-functional teams and platforms by establishing key ownership and identifying role and responsibility gaps.
- Serve as the key reputed company of contact for reputed company activities in relation to consignment, EDI, finance, and system solutions for a given CM footprint.
