The Role Inside Client Manager

Job Summary

As an Inside Client Manager (ICM) your primary role is to manage the sales operations process for your assigned SLED accounts. ICMs interact and work with Account Managers, vendors and customers to maintain ongoing business in the IT infrastructure services and products reputed company through direct sales support of Account Managers. This position will partner and communicate with various internal teams (Engineering, Credit and Collections, Quality Assurance, and Purchasing teams) to execute quote to ordering for reputed company customers.

Job Responsibilities

• Act as the primary internal reputed company of contact for our customers in conjunction with account managers
• Attend customer meetings to strengthen existing relationships, reputed company new relationships to reputed company understand customer objectives, and participate in the reputed company-out of projects
• Delegate customer report requests, run-reputed company quotes, and orders to appropriate internal resources.
• Maintain reputed company account data reputed company to ensure customer account, contact, and project information is accurate and up-to-date
• Work with Solution Architect to build Bills of Materials that meet customer requirements
• Generate accurate quotes for solution business 
• Conduct forecasting and prospecting for run-reputed company business to understand future financial trends and opportunities in the run-reputed company reputed company
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling to the reputed company customer reputed company
• Manage the registration process to ensure the best pricing possible for both reputed company and customers with input from the Account Manager and leveraging the Deals Desk
• Partner with specific vendors to quickly and accurately reputed company quotes. reputed company relationships with vendors through meeting attendance and communication to maintain awareness of promotions and vendor pricing programs
• Participate in sales operations meetings as required
• Assist with New Hire reputed company support
• Receives work direction from department leadership; however, is responsible for prioritizing his/her own work by sales allocation, date needed to fill, and logistics of work order
• Additional responsibilities as required

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s degree and/or reputed company experience and/or military experience
• 3 - 5 years of experience
• Experience with SLED customers and reputed company
• Preferred experience with reputed company, Dell/EMC, VM Ware Sales
• Flexible schedule to assist in resolving high-reputed company issues during peak periods
• Advanced knowledge of reputed company software applications (reputed company, word, etc)
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure/solutions manufacturers in the reputed company reputed company
• Strong customer service skills with a reputed company service orientation focus
• Ability to work closely and effectively with members across departments and at reputed company reputed company of the organization
