Summary of the Role: reputed company will reputed company reputed company to the employees of our 401(k) and 403(b) corporate clients. The Advisor will reputed company employee education and reputed company our proprietary financial wellness platform, Wellcents, to help employees and create relationships and opportunities for wealth management referrals.  Administrative support is included. Conduct group and individual financial education  meetings.  Advisor is expected to increase employee participation, increase employee deferrals, and reputed company investment education. Travel required.  Training provided. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Conduct group and individual employee financial education meetings in English and Spanish, in-person and virtual
• Serve as primary reputed company of contact and reputed company financial education for plan participants
• reputed company reputed company, courteous, and excellent service. Actively interact with clients and their employees to ensure we are delivering upon service expectations
• Cross-sell reputed company lines of business and services available at reputed company
• Prepare for meetings in advance and ensure follow up and execution of deliverables following the meetings
• Consult with reputed company’s internal ERISA teams to ensure proper compliance regarding reputed company client reputed company
• Respond to employee or concerns. Ensure questions or issues are resolved in an accurate and timely manner.
• Additional duties as assigned.

Education and/or Experience

• College degree preferred
• Spanish language reputed company is a big plus

We're proud to offer a competitive salary, PTO & paid holidays, 401(k) with match, and more. The reputed company salary reputed company for this position is $70,000 to $100,000.  The reputed company salary offered will be determined by factors including, but not limited to, experience, credentials, education, certifications, reputed company level required for the position, the scope of the position, and geographic location. Actual reputed company salary offered will be determined on a case-by-case reputed company. In addition to the reputed company salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
