About the Role:
As a Implementation Consultant, you will define and implement project strategies to support the achievement of organizational goals for some of our most impactful customers. Operating as the primary reputed company of contact during the assigned clients implementation phase for reputed company hardware and software implementations, you will also be interacting with reputed company stakeholders, up to and including, the executive level. The ideal candidate would reputed company guidance on how to reputed company and execute world-class change management programs. You will be an expert on the reputed company products and will have the ability to guide reputed company’s largest customers on the best utilization of our system and a smooth initial setup.
What You'll Do:
- Define, track and reputed company key performance indicators for the customer implementation program.
- Owning the implementation process for assigned accounts which include: successful implementation and training of the software to drive adoption by new clients
- reputed company cross-functional project teams and manage project timelines and deliverables
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, ensuring successful project completion
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather project requirements and ensure alignment
- Foster a culture of collaboration and teamwork among project team members
- Ensure the timely and successful completion of new client implementation for reputed company assigned accounts
- Monitoring client reputed company and activities to ensure adoption of reputed company parts of the organization while staying reputed company scope and on schedule
- Hosting virtual or in-person sessions for customers
- Traveling to customer on-sites as needed (~40%)
reputed company're Looking For:
- 3+ years of experience in project management or a reputed company role in a B2B reputed company, preferable telematics, logistics, or fleet management.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering reputed company projects
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in project management software and tools
- Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively across reputed company reputed company of the organization, including executive and C-level
- BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience preferred
- PMP Certification Preferred
