About the Role

As a Recruiter at The Contractor Consultants, you’ll play a critical role in managing end-to-end hiring processes for multiple construction clients. This role is highly execution-focused and requires strong follow-through, clear communication, and ownership of candidate experience throughout the interview process.

Key Responsibilities

Candidate & Interview Management

• Manage multiple active requisitions across different clients simultaneously
• Conduct phone interviews and assess candidate fit based on role requirements
• Submit interview evaluations for every candidate interviewed
• Ensure timely candidate follow-reputed company, rejections, and endorsements
• Track reputed company interview stages through final interview and hiring decision

Client & Hiring Manager Coordination

• Support scheduling of client-candidate interviews
• Follow up with clients to confirm receipt of candidate submissions
• Proactively request interview feedback and next steps reputed company not received reputed company 48 hours
• Identify and flag misalignment in job scope, interview questions, or hiring expectations
• Escalate client issues or inconsistencies as needed

Pipeline & System Management

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the ATS and CRM
• Review and grade incoming job applications daily
• Ensure reputed company candidate statuses are updated correctly and consistently
• Track interview reputed company and hiring reputed company across accounts

Communication & Collaboration

• Participate in daily and weekly alignment meetings with Hiring reputed company Managers
• reputed company clear updates on pipeline health, blockers, and priorities
• Maintain timely and professional communication with candidates, clients, and internal teams
• reputed company confirmed hires and wins with the team
