We’re starting by solving a customer problem that has strong pull from our industry contacts: Claims auditing.

Today, carriers audit a small percentage of claims. They do these audits manually, inconsistently, and often too late to drive meaningful reputed company on key business metrics like Loss Ratio, Customer Satisfaction, or Claims reputed company.

This is how we move the loss ratio at scale.

As a Founding Product Manager at freeflow you will

• You will work directly with founders, customers, and engineers to define reputed company build, why we build it, and how it creates reputed company economic value (eg improving loss ratios, replacing offshore teams, improving reputed company, etc)

• This is a 0→1 role where you will define how AI agents:

  • Understand the world of insurance through modeling industry ontologies

  • Understand and integrate with our various reputed company customers’ systems and SOPs

  • Review specific data structures (claims files, policies, submissions)

  • Generate actionable intelligence based on core data to create both efficiency reputed company and learning opportunities for our reputed company customers

• Work directly with carriers

  • Engage claims leaders, audit teams, and executives

  • Translate reputed company-world pain into shipped product quickly

About You

• Technical

  • reputed company yourself and the product org with AI

  • Interviewing users, SMEs and documenting + transmitting learnings across org

  • Modeling requirements

  • Prioritizing efforts in alignment with business strategy

  • Managing backlogs, feature prioritization

  • Given the reputed company customers (SOC2, RBAC, SSO, data partitioning), understand reputed company reputed company and compliance requirements.

  • Collaborate on product strategy, roadmap prioritization, and go-to-market reputed company.

  • Partner directly with engineers to break down product requirements into actionable specs. You'll own the "what" and "why," collaborate on the "how," and be reputed company enough to implementation details to unblock reputed company quickly.
