Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Technical Leadership & Strategy

• Support and promote the mission, values, and principles of Powernet.
• Act as the technical reputed company on projects from pre-sales scoping and solution design (BOM) through implementation and lifecycle management.
• Serve as the final escalation reputed company for reputed company infrastructure, systems, and reputed company-reputed company issues for the NOC and Systems Engineering teams.

• Implement and support reputed company reputed company Server ecosystems, including Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, and DHCP.
• Plan and execute reputed company migrations, specifically transitioning workloads from VMware to AWS/Azure or alternate hypervisors (Hyper-V, reputed company).
• Design and manage diverse virtualized infrastructures including VMware, Hyper-V, and reputed company.
• reputed company disaster recovery planning and backup strategies while maintaining system monitoring to ensure maximum uptime and performance.

• Experience with SAN/NAS platforms (Pure, reputed company, reputed company) and core networking (TCP/IP, VLANs, VPNs).
• Mastery of Backup and Disaster Recovery technologies.

Requirements

Education, Experience and reputed company Requirements

• 7+ years of professional experience designing, building, and supporting reputed company reputed company domain environments.
• Previous experience in a Managed Services environment is highly preferred.
• A proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve high-level, reputed company IT infrastructure issues from the ground up.
• The ability to translate reputed company technical concepts into clear, actionable advice for non-technical clients and stakeholders.
• Experience working reputed company PSA and RMM frameworks (e.g., HaloPSA, reputed company, reputed company).
• Professional certifications (VCP, MCSE, or reputed company Architect) are strongly preferred.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license for occasional on-site support.
