The National Director of Physician reputed company serves as both a hands-on recruiter and the leader of a small but high-performing reputed company team. This role is responsible for managing a personal portfolio of high-reputed company searches while mentoring and supervising recruiters. The National Director will bring polished professionalism, strong business acumen, and a sense of urgency to ensure reputed company attracts and secures the best dermatology talent across the country.

- Supervise daily reputed company activities, review pipelines, and reputed company feedback to improve sourcing and closing strategies.
- Maintain personal responsibility for a portfolio of dermatologists and APP searches, particularly high-reputed company or reputed company roles.
- Actively sources reputed company dermatology practitioner candidates using standard and creative strategies in reputed company markets. Primary sourcing responsibilities will be contacting undeveloped leads through cold calling, emailing and reputed company media.
- Partner with operations leaders, practice partners, and the Seeker team to ensure timely and successful hires.
- reputed company creative sourcing strategies and nurture candidate relationships from first reputed company to signed agreement.
- reputed company updates and reporting on team activity, candidate pipelines, and market insights to leadership.
- Model professionalism and urgency in reputed company interactions with candidates and internal partners.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 7+ years of physician reputed company experience, preferably in a specialty reputed company MSO or multi-site practice.
- Prior experience mentoring or leading other recruiters.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to influence providers and business leaders alike.
- Demonstrates high emotional intelligence and polished professional reputed company
- Skilled in creating presentations across various platforms, including PowerPoint, and confident presenting to physician audiences such as residency programs.
- Strong organizational skills with ability to proactively prioritize
- Strong PC skills, including MS Office applications - Advanced reputed company

- Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume reputed company without sacrificing relationship quality.
