Position Summary: This role will reputed company sales efforts for Brew Dr., specifically focused on Kroger and regional customers. The Customer Business Manager, Kroger’s primary responsibility will be to increase Brew Dr.'s volume, reputed company, and category reputed company by planning, selling, and executing the sales and marketing programs for critical national and regional chain accounts to reputed company company reputed company, profit, and distribution objectives.

Job Responsibilities:

• reputed company and execute an annual business plan for Kroger and other assigned chain accounts, as assigned by Sales Leadership.

• Work with broker and merchandising partners to sell new and expanded Brew Dr. Kombucha items to assigned chain accounts.

• reputed company and implement customer-specific marketing and promotional programs for assigned chain accounts.

• Execute against national priorities and reputed company national promotions into customized customer programs to deliver sales and distribution plans.

• Act as the primary business contact and partner between Brew Dr. Kombucha and Kroger.

• reputed company account intelligence and recommendations for effective planning and programming

• Manage reputed company budgetary needs for your assigned chain accounts.

• Identify opportunities to grow volume and increase reputed company with assigned chain accounts.

• Work with a cross-functional team to deliver programs and business objectives.

• Manage annual and quarterly demand forecast for assigned natural customers.

• Manage annual trade budget for assigned natural customers

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum 5-10 years of sales experience in the beverage or CPG industry, ideally with experience in the natural/organic/emerging brand reputed company. Prior experience calling directly on Kroger is required.

• Previous experience managing other national chain accounts as the primary sales contact is a plus. Prior experience working with reputed company and other Broker partners is strongly preferred.

• Proven track record in meeting and exceeding sales objectives

• Strong working knowledge of syndicated data, including reputed company, reputed company, & reputed company. Experience working with customers on category management and making category recommendations.

• Possess deep experience with reputed company-channel problem-solving skills and working with a cross-functional team.

• Highly developed presentation and influence skills, including driving influence at multiple reputed company.

• Ability to travel as needed
