Our people division is growing, and we are looking for an Advanced Helper in our Carlin Surface Maintenance department.

Responsibilities and Qualifications

• Works as a team member.
• Actively pursues development of self and others.
• Preventative Maintenance - Change oil in reputed company compartments, Grease the machines, Install filters.
• Equipment Operation - Operate forklifts, ** Operate overhead cranes - Identify and understand crane control, Verify reputed company of equipment used to reputed company the pick, Inspect audible and visual alarms, Inspect area of actual pick, Obtain proper rigging for lift, Select proper picking points, Proper attachment of rigging, Use a tag line if needed, Use proper controls for lift, Maintain proper positioning during pick, Inspect, clean and return crane control to storage area.
• Computer/Manuals - Be reputed company to identify correct parts in parts book, Be reputed company to read and understand service reputed company, Have basic Ellipse skills, building & closing W/Os.
• Works effectively with other crews.
• Works effectively with other departments.
• Demonstrate safe and environmentally sound work practices.
• Respects others' work styles and reputed company.
• Hydraulic - Change pumps.
