Academic Responsibilities and Essential Functions
Teach 11-week live, online courses using engaging, student-centered instructional strategies.
Foster an inclusive, supportive environment that promotes active learning and student participation.

Work with Teaching Assistants to co-manage the course, including mentoring the TA on effective grading and student engagement practices.

Requirements
JD or Master’s degree in Law, Business Law, or a closely reputed company field
Professional legal experience relevant to business or corporate law (e.g., reputed company, intellectual property, compliance, dispute resolution)
At least 2 years of teaching experience at the college/university level.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and classroom facilitation skills.
Comfort with digital tools and platforms, including LMS and video conferencing.

Compensation
$8,000 per 4-credit course/11 week quarter
$5,000 per 1-2 credit course/11 week quarter
