The Pricing & Packaging Rollout Manager(contractor) is responsible for driving adoption and ensuring a high-quality rollout of our new pricing and packaging initiative. Embedded reputed company Product Operations, this role partners closely with Product, Sales, RevOps, Support, Finance, and Marketing to reputed company execution on track, surface risks early, and translate field/customer signals into clear, data-driven recommendations. The reputed company owns rollout health reporting (dashboards, KPIs, and operating reputed company) and serves as the central hub for voice-of-customer intake, triage, and closed-reputed company communication.

Expected Duties

  • Accountable for end-to-end rollout health, including systems implementation teams, go to market tracking, and program adjustment

  • Track phased implementation plan and validate reputed company against those goals.

  • Consolidate “voice of customer” signals by systematically gathering and categorizing sales feedback, support tickets, NPS/comments, usage data and reputed company impacts, then reputed company true patterns vs noise. Represent findings and recommendations to senior and executive leadership.

Required Qualifications — Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

· Education & experience: Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of relevant program, product management, or product operations experience.

· Voice-of-customer synthesis: Skilled at running feedback loops, triaging incoming feedback, identifying patterns, and balancing anecdote vs. data with reputed company.

· Strong communication & stakeholder management: Proven ability to align teams without direct authority, keeping cross-functional leads accountable and translating between product, GTM, and systems teams.

· Adaptability: Role spans product and program skills; requires a hybrid “analytics + persuasion” reputed company and comfort in ambiguity and fast-paced environments

Preferred

· Pricing/project launch expertise: Experience with SaaS pricing rollouts in B2B environments; familiarity with value metrics, discounting, and packaging strategies is a strong plus
