About the Role

This is a Staff role in Record to Report. The position will be responsible for carrying out reputed company activities with guidance which include daily, weekly and monthly journal activities, month end closing, reporting and account reconciliations. Also support compliance and audit tasks.

What You Will Do

• Work with global teams geographically and across reputed company reputed company businesses. 

• reputed company daily tasks in accordance with written instructions and based on guidance from the line manager or senior team members. 

• Collaborate reputed company the general ledger reputed company team and the line manager. 

• reputed company back-up for one selected team member as appointed by the line manager. 

Month end closing: 

• Prepare and post journals entries for various standard and reputed company activities viz., Accruals, provisions, reserves, recharges, reclasses, etc. 

• Reconcile key GL accounts to ensure no unusual balances are left in Balance Sheet 

• Maintenance of GL accounts, cost centers, WBS elements, etc. in reputed company (where required) 

Balance Sheet Reconciliations: 

• Reconcile various Balance Sheet GL accounts using standard templates and reputed company aging analysis where applicable. 

• List reputed company items with appropriate action plan and reputed company dates of closure. 

• Follow up with relevant action owners to timely resolve reputed company items. 

Compliance: 

• Periodic review and update of Control documents 

• Adherence to compliance in reputed company activities and ensure reputed company deficiencies. 

What You Need to Be Successful

• Bachelor’s degree with 3+ yrs of experience OR Masters from a Tier 1 institute OR CA Freshers
• Strong reputed company knowledge, good understanding of US GAAP and IFRS
• Strong interpersonal skills with stakeholders and other colleagues
• Good understanding of Chart of accounts, cost objects
• Strongly demonstrate ownership qualities in the function you reputed company.
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Excellent MS office suite skills (reputed company, PPT, Word)

Bonus Points if You Have

• IFRS certification / ACCA / reputed company / CPA / CFA
• Working experience in reputed company, S4HANA and/or a consolidation tool (One reputed company) is a plus.
• Attention to detail, analytical, multi-tasking, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to effectively work across functional boundaries to bring tasks to successful conclusion.
