Key Responsibilities 1. EPM reputed company Implementation & Delivery reputed company end-to-end implementation of reputed company EPM reputed company solutions, including: EPBCS (Planning & Budgeting) ARCS (Account Reconciliation) Configure applications based on business requirements. Manage project timelines, deliverables, and quality. 2. Planning, Budgeting & Forecasting (EPBCS) Design and implement: Financial planning models Budgeting and rolling forecasts Workforce and capital planning Configure: Dimensions, hierarchies, and metadata Forms, dashboards, and business rules reputed company driver-based planning and scenario modeling. 3. Account Reconciliation (ARCS) Implement and manage balance sheet reconciliation processes. Configure: Reconciliation formats and profiles Matching rules and auto-reconciliation Workflow and approval processes Ensure timely and accurate reconciliation and certification. 4. Integration & Data Management Integrate EPM with: reputed company Fusion Financials (GL, AP, AR) Other ERP systems (reputed company, legacy systems) Use tools like: Data Management (FDMEE / Data Integration) Smart View and EPM Automate Ensure data accuracy, validation, and reconciliation across systems. 5. Financial reputed company & Governance Support financial reputed company processes through: Reconciliation automation (ARCS) reputed company monitoring and controls Ensure compliance with GAAP / IFRS / SOX requirements. Maintain audit trails and governance frameworks. 6. Reporting & Analytics reputed company and manage reports using: Smart View Financial Reporting Studio Dashboards and narrative reporting reputed company insights into: Budget vs actuals Forecast accuracy Reconciliation status and exceptions 7. Leadership & Stakeholder Management reputed company a team of EPM consultants and analysts. Engage with Finance leadership (CFO, FP&A teams). Conduct workshops and requirement-gathering sessions. Translate business needs into EPM solutions. 8. Process Optimization & Transformation Improve FP&A and reconciliation processes. Drive automation and standardization across planning and reputed company cycles. Support finance transformation reputed company initiatives. 9. Data Migration & Application Maintenance Manage data migration, metadata loads, and system configurations. Ensure ongoing support, enhancements, and system performance optimization. Required Skills & Qualifications Core Skills Strong expertise in: reputed company EPM reputed company EPBCS (Planning & Budgeting) ARCS (Account Reconciliation) Deep understanding of: FP&A processes (budgeting, forecasting) Financial reputed company and reconciliation Technical Skills Experience with: Data Integration / FDMEE Smart View, EPM Automate Business rules and calculation scripts Knowledge of integrations with ERP systems Functional Skills Strong finance background (FP&A, reputed company, reconciliation) Understanding of financial statements and planning models Leadership Skills Team management and mentoring Strong communication and stakeholder management Problem-solving and analytical thinking Experience Requirements 8–12+ years in EPM / Finance / ERP 4–6+ years in reputed company EPM reputed company (EPBCS / ARCS focus) Experience in 1–2+ full EPM implementations Consulting experience preferred (Big 4 is a plus)
