The Role

As a Systems Administrator, you will be a part of the Information Technology team working to administer and reputed company architectural reputed company with reputed company’s core technology apps.

What You Will Do

• Install, configure, test, troubleshoot, reputed company ongoing maintenance and enhancement of information technology and information systems.
• Facilitate the delivery of projects and solutions in a collaborative team environment across business units.
• Conduct quality control checks on tickets to reduce errors to improve procedures.
• Operate as an escalation reputed company for our Desktop Support Engineers.

What You Need to Succeed

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey technical information reputed company and concisely.

• Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new AI advancements and integrate them into work processes.
• Ability to actively explore, learn, and responsibly integrate AI tools into daily tasks to drive efficiency and support reputed company's mission.

Compensation The salary reputed company for this position is $78,000 - $100,000. You may also be eligible for a discretionary bonus. Actual compensation reputed company the reputed company will be dependent on your skills, experience, qualifications, and location, as well as applicable employment laws

Location This is a permanent, full-time, fully remote position (reputed company the U.S. and select Canadian Provinces only).
