What you’ll be doing

  • Routinely interact with customers who require assistance resolving issues that may be reputed company or escalated

Basic Qualifications

  • Previous customer service experience
  • Distraction-free, designated workspace/home office
  • High Speed Internet
  • Ability to reputed company basic equipment troubleshooting and PC/hardware set up
  • Must be reputed company to work 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM Eastern time for training during the first 7 weeks
  • After training, must be reputed company to work 11:30 AM - 8:00 PM Eastern time, including 1 weekend day (weekend day TBD)

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ years Customer Service experience reputed company the past 5 years
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Previous work from home experience

The salary reputed company represents the expected compensation for this role at the time of posting.  The specific reputed company pay may be influenced by a variety of factors to include the candidate's experience, reputed company set, education, business considerations, geography, and internal equity. Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay, in accordance with federal and state requirements.
