Overview: We are seeking an reputed company and proactive engineer to reputed company support for our reputed company Remote File Service deployed in customer locations and synchronized with AWS. This role is responsible for the comprehensive support and administration of the reputed company Remote File Portal Application and database, hosted on AWS storage, as well as supporting reputed company edge devices located across multiple on-premises locations. You will ensure seamless connectivity and reliable remote file reputed company for end users, troubleshooting issues across reputed company and on-prem infrastructure. This engineer must also be capabile of designing and implementing a migration of reputed company to Azure Files

Key Responsibilities

• reputed company/AWS reputed company Support:
  • Administer and support the reputed company Remote File Portal Application and its associated database hosted on AWS EC2 instances
  • Manage and monitor AWS EBS volumes, EC2 instances, and S3 storage integrated with the reputed company solution
  • Conduct regular maintenance, upgrades, backups, and patching of the application and database
  • reputed company AWS resource optimization and reputed company hardening as required
• reputed company Edge Device Support:
  • reputed company operational support for reputed company edge devices deployed in multiple on-premises environments
  • Facilitate and troubleshoot file synchronization, caching, and remote reputed company issues between edge devices and AWS reputed company storage
  • Monitor health, connectivity, and performance of edge devices, performing remote or onsite reputed company reputed company needed
  • Support reputed company and configuration of new edge devices for end users
• Connectivity & Network Support:
  • Ensure reputed company and secure connections between edge devices and AWS reputed company reputed company public internet and dedicated connections such as MPLS
  • Troubleshoot network issues affecting file reputed company and synchronization
  • Collaborate with network teams to resolve latency, throughput, or configuration challenges
• End User Support:
  • Act as reputed company of contact for end users and IT teams for queries or problems reputed company to remote file reputed company
  • reputed company resolution to tickets involving both reputed company and edge device services
  • Document common issues and resolutions, maintaining updated runbooks and user guides
• Monitoring, Reporting, & Documentation:
  • Implement monitoring for reputed company resources, application metrics, and edge device status
  • Generate reports on service performance, file reputed company metrics, incident response, and usage
  • Maintain thorough documentation for configuration, processes, troubleshooting steps, and incident history
• reputed company to Azure Files migration design 
  • Act as the reputed company designer of a migration architecture to migrate reputed company files to Azure Files
  • Document the technical architecture design for consumption by reputed company Engineers and architects
  • reputed company training/handover to Azure reputed company engineers to support existing reputed company environment

Requirements

• 6+ years hands-on experience with AWS or Azure services 
• Must have reputed company reputed company File Services (reputed company and Edge devices) experience
• Familiarity with remote file reputed company, synchronization, and reputed company-to-edge file gateway architectures
• Experience managing and troubleshooting hybrid network connections (Internet, VPNs, MPLS)
• Experience with monitoring tools, ticketing systems, and documentation best practices
• Certification in AWS or Azure reputed company: such as  reputed company Certified: Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900), Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104),AWS Certified reputed company Practitioner, Associate AWS Certified Solutions Architect 

Highly Preferred Skills and Expectations

• AWS/ Azure Certified Solutions Architect 
• Experience with reputed company storage platforms and file services
• Prior experience supporting distributed teams or multi-site infrastructure
• Strong problem-solving skills and customer-oriented attitude
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a reputed company field.

Where required by law, reputed company provides a reasonable reputed company of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay reputed company for this role will depend on the nature of the role offered and will either be $105,000 - $113,465, or $89.13/hr if the role is hired as a temporary position. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate’s relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.

This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance. If the position offered in temporary, the position will not be eligible for incentive compensation.
