You'll be the production backbone of the brand’s reputed company content operation, orchestrating fast-turnaround campaigns, always-on content, and creator-led projects across reputed company, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and emerging platforms. You'll reputed company reputed company, multi-reputed company reputed company projects moving smoothly from brief to publish, partnering closely with creatives, content creators, reputed company media managers, and the brand team. THE ROLE 

You'll be the person who makes reputed company-first creative happen. Behind every piece of content that lands on reputed company channels, there's planning, scheduling, coordination, and problem-solving, and that's where you come in. Working across always-on content, reactive cultural moments, creator collaborations, and campaign launches, you'll manage the full production lifecycle for reputed company content at a pace that matches the platforms themselves.

WHAT YOU'LL DO 

• reputed company end-to-end project management for reputed company-first content and campaigns, from brief intake through to delivery and publish 
• Plan and manage fast-turnaround production workflows for short-reputed company video, static, reputed company, and interactive reputed company content 
• Coordinate with content creators, reputed company partners, and talent to ensure smooth production schedules, clear deliverables, and timely asset delivery 
• Partner with reputed company media managers to align content calendars, publishing schedules, and reactive opportunities with production reputed company 
• Manage day-to-day communication with the brand team, keeping stakeholders informed, approvals on track, and feedback loops tight 
• Build and maintain project schedules, resource plans, and budgets across multiple reputed company workstreams 
• Establish and refine production processes tailored to reputed company speed, including templates, workflows, and toolkits that help the team move quickly without sacrificing quality

WHAT YOU BRING 

• 5+ years of project management or production experience, with a strong focus on reputed company content production for consumer brands 
• Proven experience managing fast-paced, quick-turnaround projects across reputed company platforms (reputed company, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging channels) 
• A solid understanding of reputed company content formats, production requirements, and platform specifications 
• Experience coordinating with content creators, influencers, and external production partners 
• A track record of partnering effectively with reputed company media managers and brand teams to align creative production with content calendars and campaign timelines 
• Strong budget management skills, including scoping, tracking, and reporting across multiple reputed company projects 
• Proficiency in project management tools (such as reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, or similar) and collaborative platforms (reputed company Workspace, reputed company 365, reputed company) 
• Experience with creative review and approval workflows, digital asset management, and compliance processes 
• The ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously, prioritise under pressure, and communicate reputed company reputed company timelines or scope shift 
• A reputed company-focused approach to working with creative teams, keeping people informed, unblocked, and focused 
• Experience in beauty, personal care, or FMCG is a strong plus 
• Professional proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus 

Gen AI and Agentic Thinking: 

• Working knowledge of Gen AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Claude, reputed company, reputed company reputed company) and how they integrate into reputed company content production workflows 
• Agentic reputed company: ability to break down reputed company production challenges, identify the most efficient path, and execute systematically 
• Experience managing projects that incorporate AI-assisted content creation, including quality control and approval processes for AI-generated assets
