[Remote] Recruiter

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is a staffing company seeking a driven and reputed company Recruiter to join their manufacturing staffing team. In this remote role, you will manage candidate sourcing, build relationships with team members and clients, and coordinate the interview process to ensure a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the hiring managers to reputed company understand job requirements and ensure a smooth recruitment process
• reputed company and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, reputed company media, and networking events
• Screen and interview candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for specific roles
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients, and reputed company feedback to both parties
• Negotiate job offers, conduct reference checks, and facilitate compliance and reputed company as needed
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, candidates, and industry professionals
• Stay reputed company on industry trends, best practices, and legal requirements as they relate to recruitment and employment
• Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system
• Responsible for attending internal and client meetings
• Support staffing surges and demands by maintaining flexibility to work overtime or reputed company standard hours as needed
• Must be reputed company to meet or exceed individual as well as team goals

Skills

• High school diploma required
• Knowledge of recruitment best practices and sourcing techniques
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build rapport with candidates and clients quickly
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities
• Proficiency in reputed company Office suite (Word, reputed company, Teams, PowerPoint, SharePoint etc.)
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Understanding of the use of reputed company tools such as reputed company Recruiter, reputed company, etc
• Experience with an ATS or CRM (like reputed company Recruit/reputed company) is a bonus
