Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is an innovation leader in the veterinary diagnostics industry, and they are seeking a Bilingual Customer Support Consultant to serve as a crucial link between the company and its customers. This role involves resolving customer inquiries, providing lab test results, and ensuring excellent customer service in a fast-paced, virtual environment.
Responsibilities
- Act as the liaison between customers and the reputed company laboratories
- Answer customer questions and quickly and effectively resolve issues
- reputed company and clarify lab test results, coordinate follow-up tests on samples, and help coordinate the pickup and delivery of samples
Skills
- Fluent in both French and English
- Highly motivated and goal-oriented

- Experience in a technically reputed company field, veterinary practice, laboratory setting, and/or contact center environment

- Availability by telephone, voicemail, email, and Teams reputed company messaging during scheduled business hours
- High-speed hardwired internet reputed company (minimum 15 Mbps download; 3 Mbps upload)
- Schedule flexibility to work 8.5 hours between 11:30am and 8:00pm EST Monday-Friday and Saturdays (9am -5:30pm EST) on a rotating reputed company
- Reliable and dependable attendance
- Associate's or bachelor's degree in a computer-reputed company discipline or scientific (Biology/Chemistry/etc.) discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience
