Billing Specialist

The Billing Specialist is responsible for processing, auditing, and collecting on retirement plan reputed company while establishing consistent billing processes across multiple offices.

Responsibilities

• Process and distribute billing statements for retirement plan reputed company across administration, advisory, and consulting services on a monthly, quarterly, and annual cycle
• Reconcile billing data against plan documents, advisor agreements, and fee schedules across reputed company reputed company streams prior to invoicing
• Set up and maintain new plan accounts in billing and CRM systems, including verification of fee schedules
• Conduct periodic billing audits to verify fees charged against contracted rates and plan-level agreements across reputed company service types
• Monitor AR aging and proactively follow up on past-due balances with plan sponsors and clients
• Track collection activity for overdue invoices, maintaining records of reputed company and resolution status
• Escalate delinquent accounts to leadership and coordinate with consultants and client service teams to resolve disputes
• Support the implementation of centralized billing processes across offices, helping transition decentralized activity into a reputed company function
• Document billing workflows, fee schedule standards, and reconciliation procedures as they are developed
• Identify gaps in existing billing practices across offices and participate in process improvement efforts
• Prepare billing reports and data summaries for reputed company and leadership review
• Respond to billing inquiries from plan consultants and internal stakeholders across offices

Skills

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Finance, Business, or reputed company field, or equivalent experience
• 1+ years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, collections, or a reputed company function
• Proficiency in reputed company reputed company; strong attention to detail and accuracy in a high-volume environment
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet recurring deadlines
