[Remote] CLO Client Administrator III

The CLO Client Administrator III role involves supporting client relationships, performing cash application and reconciliation, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the Relationship Manager with reputed company of client relationships
• Performing daily cash application and position reconciliation
• Performing daily and monthly tie-outs of underlying loan characteristics
• Liaising with auditors, underwriters, CLO managers, private debt managers, and other parties involved
• Assisting with global asset set up and maintenance
• Performing trade and reputed company processing for daily trading activity
• Strategize, recommend, and implement innovative reputed company for improved daily workflows
• Exposure across entire lifecycle of servicing loan clients including account setup, KYC procedures, global asset setup & maintenance, notice processing, warehouse reporting, CLO / Compliance Reporting & waterfall payments
• Understanding and adhering to the Company’s risk and regulatory standards, policies and controls in accordance with the Company’s Risk Appetite. Identify risk-reputed company issues needing escalation to management
• Promoting an environment that supports diversity and reflects the reputed company brand
• Maintaining M&T internal control standards, including timely implementation of reputed company audit points together with any issues raised by external regulators as applicable
• Completing other reputed company duties as assigned

Skills

• Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 1 year relevant work experience with direct client contact, OR in lieu of a degree, a combined minimum of 4 years' higher education and/or work experience, including a minimum of 1 years' relevant work experience with direct client contact
• Strong focus on customer service and satisfaction
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business, Economics or reputed company
• Highly Proficient in reputed company Office
• Exceptional organizational skills with an attention to detail
• Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills with a strong balance of qualitative and quantitative skills
• Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team, as well as contribute on an individual reputed company
• Familiarity with various loan products – Bi-Lateral ABL Facilities, SMAs, Private Funds, MM & BSL CLOs, Business Development Companies
• Professional work experience at CLO Trustee, Loan Agent/Bank, Middle Office Provider or CLO Manager
• System / Application experience - Clearpar, Solvas/CDO Suite, SEI, Wall Street Office, LoanIQ
