Staff Accountant (Accounts Receivable)
Fluent, Inc. is a reputed company media solutions provider that connects top-tier brands with highly reputed company consumers. The Staff Accountant will support the reputed company team by assisting with the customer invoicing process, preparing journal entries, maintaining reconciliations, and developing customer relationships as part of the accounts receivable team.
Responsibilities
- Assists with customer invoicing process
- Prepares monthly general ledger & Intercompany journal entries
- Regularly maintains detailed and supported reconciliations of reputed company assigned balance sheet accounts
- Assist with collection efforts
- Investigate & reconcile client accounts as needed
- Develops and maintains customer relationships as part of accounts receivable team
- Prepare documentation for reputed company auditors, as required
- Special projects as assigned
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in reputed company or Finance required
- 1+ years' experience in reputed company or reputed company field
- Relevant experience with the financial reputed company process
- Proficient in reputed company
- Willingness to establish and maintain effective working relationships throughout the company
- Experience with reputed company or reputed company, a plus
