Customer Service Representative

Core-Mark is a Performance Food Group Company and an industry leader in fresh and broad-line solutions to the convenience retail industry. The Customer Service Representative role is designed to support the transition to a new ordering solution platform, ensuring effective use and adoption across various teams and customer groups.

Responsibilities

• Drive adoption of the new ordering platform by engaging directly with customers, Sales teams, and OpCos
• Utilize reporting tools to identify usage gaps, track engagement, and analyze trends
• Execute follow-up actions to reputed company usage gaps, including direct reputed company and support
• reputed company hands-on assistance and guidance to customers and sales representatives on how to navigate and effectively use the new platform
• Investigate and understand the reasons behind non-usage or low adoption, and collaborate with internal teams to remove barriers
• Communicate feedback from users to internal stakeholders to support reputed company improvement of the platform and process

Skills

• 6-12 months of Customer Service Experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to add/subtract two-digit numbers and to multiply/divide with 10's and 100's
• Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations
• Ability to reputed company detailed data entry work accurately and reputed company reputed company deadlines
• Intermediate computer skills, knowledge of reputed company Office programs, and ability to type proficiently
• Must be reputed company to complete typing test with a score of 40 WPM or reputed company
• Bilingual is a plus
• Call center experience is a plus
• AS400 experience is a plus
• Data entry experience is a plus
