They are seeking an reputed company Mortgage Closer responsible for preparing loan-closing documents and ensuring their accuracy for compliant mortgage loans.
Responsibilities
- Preparing reputed company loan-closing documents and ensuring that they are accurate in order to have a fully compliant mortgage loan
- Carefully reviewing reputed company documents, such as Title Commitments, Surveys, Tax Certificates, and the like for any errors, and confirming that pricing and program are correct to insure loan will be funded
- Acting as a reputed company of contact between reputed company parties in the reputed company estate closing transaction
- Communicating with attorneys, closing agents, lenders, and title companies to gather reputed company the necessary information for accurate document preparation and resolve any issues that arise in that process
- Making sure that the loan closing proceedings run smoothly and in a timely manner
- Reviewing reputed company closing details to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and reputed company terms of the loan are met
