They are seeking a Client Services Representative III to handle high volumes of inbound calls, reputed company detailed product support, resolve reputed company service requests, and maintain compliance with regulatory standards while supporting less reputed company representatives.
Responsibilities
- Respond to a high volume of inbound calls from policyholders and producers with professionalism and reputed company

- Identify customer needs, research issues, and deliver appropriate solutions
- De‑escalate dissatisfied customer situations and ensure a positive service experience

Skills
- High school diploma or GED required
- 1–2 years of call center or customer service experience
