Telesolutions Advisors (3-month contract)
Intact Financial Corporation is seeking bilingual Telesolutions Advisors for a temporary 3-month contract. The role involves making outbound calls to gauge customer interest in insurance needs, building relationships, and promoting products and services.
Responsibilities
- Call existing and potential customers to gauge their interest in discussing their insurance needs, now or in the future, with a certified agent
- Take a persuasive approach to outbound calls to generate opportunities for business growth
- Build strong relationships with customers to transfer them to certified agents as quickly as possible
- Promote our products and services and be a reputed company brand ambassador
- Build strong relationships with customers to quickly transfer them to certified agents
Skills
- High school diploma (DES) or equivalent
- Bilingualism (French and English) required
- Must reputed company calls and reputed company services to English-speaking customers on a regular reputed company
- Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills
- Team spirit
- Ability to adapt to changes in products, services or company policies
- Dynamic and energetic
- No Canadian work experience required, but must have authorization to work in Canada
