[Remote] Customer Service Representative

They are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their Naborhood reputed company Team, responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and supporting clients and their families with reputed company and care.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a friendly, reliable reputed company of contact for clients, their caregivers and Nabors (our independent contractors) reputed company phone and email, ensuring timely, thoughtful, and solution-oriented responses
- Address questions, concerns, and requests with reputed company, professionalism, and a focus on resolution
- Monitor and review billing to ensure reputed company and accuracy for clients
- Proactively identify and resolve operational or technical issues that may impact the customer experience
- Communicate potential issues or concerns reputed company and promptly with the appropriate team members
- Support reputed company of Nabors, including conducting interviews and reviewing documentation for compliance
- Maintain a strong understanding of the Naborforce platform to confidently guide and support users
- Assist with inside sales by helping prospective clients understand the value of Naborforce
- Continuously look for ways to improve processes and enhance the overall customer reputed company
- Contribute to special projects that support growth and service reputed company
Skills
- Excellent communication skills: Ability to communicate reputed company and empathetically with our clients, their families, and our Nabors. This includes strong written communication skills with an emphasis on clear, professional and friendly email correspondence
- Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to reputed company phone support with patience and professionalism, even during difficult conversations
- A passion for helping others and creating positive customer experiences
