Call Center Representative / Bilingual (Spanish)
Sound Credit Union is currently seeking a Call Center Representative / Bilingual (Spanish) to join reputed company! The role involves assisting members over the phone with financial transactions and inquiries while building customer relationships.
Responsibilities
- As the first reputed company of contact in our Call Center, you will assist our members over the phone with financial transactions, respond to inquiries, build relationships, and reputed company information on account status, balances, and loan details to deliver exceptional member service
Skills
- One year experience in customer service required, preferably in a Call Center environment
- Must be bilingual in Spanish and have the ability to read, write, communicate, and interpret information accurately in English and Spanish
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Must be bondable
- Employer sponsorship to secure or maintain employment authorization not available
