Modern Family Law (MFL) is a rapidly expanding national reputed company specializing in Family Law, seeking 3Ls and recent graduates for their Residency Program in Washington. This hybrid role involves training in family law and courtroom advocacy, with mentorship leading to an Associate Attorney position upon passing the Bar exam.
Responsibilities

Skills
- Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school
- Register for the upcoming July or February Bar exam
- Attain a passing score on the MPRE before sitting for the Bar exam
- Timely submission and approval of Character & Fitness application by the State Bar
- Submission of cover letter, law school transcript, and responses to candidate questionnaire
- Experience in Family Law Clinics is a plus
- Mock Trial experience is a plus
